Where to start? For the last 8 weeks I have completely changed the way i eat and how I look at food. I don't eat because i love food or because i'm bored anymore. Now food is just a source to stay alive and I eat it only to keep my metabolism working. So far I have lost 25lbs. This would be wonderful, and really it is, except for the fact that I have almost 200 more to go. I've been keeping a diary of how things are going but I decided to go ahead and put it out here in the hope that maybe my successes and failures will help others along the way.
